Submitting a copyright notice
If you own copyright, or are authorized to act for the owner, send a written notice to the official contact address published for the live domain. A complete notice should include:
- Your full legal name, organization, postal address, telephone number, and email address.
- Identification of the copyrighted work, or a representative list when multiple works are involved.
- The exact site URL and a clear description of the material you believe is infringing.
- Information reasonably sufficient for us to locate and evaluate the material.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.
- Your physical or valid electronic signature.
What happens after a notice
We may request missing information, temporarily restrict access, remove the identified material, correct attribution, or contact the relevant contributor or service provider. We may also reject notices that are incomplete, fraudulent, abusive, or concern material not hosted or controlled by us.
Many APK files and destinations are operated by third parties. When we do not host the material, we may remove our link where appropriate, but the rights holder may also need to contact the hosting provider or app operator directly.
Counter-notice
If your material was removed because of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice identifying the removed material, its former location, your contact details, a statement under penalty of perjury that removal resulted from mistake or misidentification, consent to the jurisdiction required by applicable law, acceptance of service from the original complainant, and your signature.
Valid counter-notices may be forwarded to the original complainant. Content may be restored where legally appropriate unless the complainant reports that court action has been filed.
Trademark and other complaints
For trademark, impersonation, privacy, or inaccurate listing complaints, identify the right involved, the affected URL, your relationship to the owner, and the action requested. Product references used for identification do not necessarily imply affiliation or endorsement.
